Well I missed almost the entire week of school! I attended only 1 class, but it was for a good cause, I promise! I traveled to Idaho this week because my best friend asked me to be a bridesmaid in her wedding!!!! EEEEEK!! Thank you so much Emma, I love you!
I left Arcata bright and early at 7 am on Tuesday and got picked up by Emma and Eli at 1 am on Thursday, the 11th. Thankfully, the Amtrak was a quiet and uneventful ride, with so many scenic views. It was truly a nice time. On the 11th, we did the bachelorette party and some wedding prep. Friday was more wedding prep at Tootie’s house, as well as spending time with Emma. And on Saturday was the Wedding!! It was truly beautiful, and watching Emma walk down the aisle to Luke was truly a special moment. The wedding was such a beautiful time, and I enjoyed every moment. (I don’t want to share to much until Emma has the chance to share her pictures and such, as it is her big day.)
Then on Saturday night, I did what I could to help clean up the backyard and wedding area, and then I packed up. Eli and Aunt RheRhe were absolute troopers and were kind enough to drop me off at the Spokane Amtrak Station at 3:30 in the morning on Saturday and I got into Arcata Monday night at about 7 pm. Now back to the grind of grad school.
