Dedicated Research Scholar with a Foundation in Psychology and Sociology

About Me

I began my college journey at Bakersfield College, where I earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Psychology, History, and Liberal Studies. I later transferred to California State University, Bakersfield, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in both Psychology and Sociology.

During my time at CSU Bakersfield, I conducted two independent research projects and was actively involved in the Social Psychology, Academics, Research, and Knowledge (S.P.A.R.K.) Lab. Over the course of two years, I contributed to several projects and had the honor of serving as one of the Assistant Lab Directors during the 2024–2025 academic year.

In Fall 2025, I will begin working toward my Master’s in Academic Research at Cal Poly Humboldt, with an emphasis in Social/Cognitive Psychology.

My long-term goal is to earn a Ph.D. in Psychology and become a university professor, where I hope to lead my own research lab. I am passionate about mentoring students, conducting meaningful research, and contributing to a more inclusive and equitable academic environment.
